For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope. Romans

Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, for what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him.
My people—infants are their oppressors, and women rule over them.
O my people, your guides mislead you
and they have swallowed up
the course of your paths.
The LORD has taken his place to contend;
he stands to judge peoples.
The LORD will enter into judgment with the elders and princes of his people:
“It is you who have devoured the vineyard,
the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
What do you mean by crushing my people,
by grinding the face of the poor?”
declares the Lord GOD of hosts.
Judgment comes but not by way of us. It is the Lord God who judges. It is He who speaks and his Word is sure and amen. We sound the alarm, we give the alert but we do not judge. Each one is capable of searching their own heart and mind. Pity those who deceive themselves. It is enough to keep ourselves clean and righteous by following His commands and resting in what Christ has done. It is good to have the focus on what is right to do and think rather than emphasize the evil that needs no introduction. We lead and teach by example. Be found doing right. Be found faithful. Be a light.
